Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Seen account and the data associated with it. You can delete individual content yourself inside the app at any time, or request full account deletion using the steps below.

Delete individual content yourself

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove specific things:

Delete a message — press and hold one of your messages and choose Delete.
Delete a conversation — open a private chat, tap the menu (•••), and choose Delete chat.

Request full account deletion

To permanently delete your Seen account and associated personal data:

Email us at prince1489@googlemail.com from the email address associated with your Seen account.
Use the subject line "Delete my Seen account".
We will verify the request and delete your account, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Data	What happens
Account & profile (email, display name, country)	Permanently deleted
Messages and private chats you created	Permanently deleted
Reactions and impact data tied to your account	Permanently deleted
Payment records (if you supported Seen)	Retained only as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then deleted

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and you will need to create a new account to use Seen again.
