Seen is an app for sending kind, anonymous messages to people around the world. We're a small team and we're here to help. If something isn't working, you have a question, or you'd like to report a concern, please reach out — we read every message.

How does Seen work?

Seen lets you send short, kind, anonymous messages that reach real people across the world, and receive uplifting messages back. There are no followers, no likes, and no pressure — just small moments of kindness.

Account & sign-in

You can sign in with your email or with Google. If you're having trouble signing in or need to update your account, email us and we'll help you sort it out.

Managing your messages

You can delete individual messages and chat conversations from within the app at any time.

Deleting your account

Reporting & safety

Seen has zero tolerance for abusive, harmful, or objectionable content. We give you simple tools to stay in control:

• Everything written is screened first — public posts, shared reflections and private replies all pass an automated safety review before they are published or delivered. If that review can’t be completed, the content is blocked rather than let through. Anything posted without a name attached is held to a stricter standard.
• Report anything — long-press a message, or use Report or block on a shared reflection or a private reply, then choose a reason (Harmful, Spam, Inappropriate, or Other). Every report reaches a review queue; content that breaks our guidelines is removed for everyone.
• Block someone — from the same menu, tap 🚫 Block to stop seeing that person entirely: their messages, their reflections, and any private replies from them. You can view and undo your blocks any time under Menu → Blocked accounts.
